Although, hooting in college is prohibited, but still majority of the students enjoy hooting in college premises, especially during events like annual sports day, college day or any other events. Hooting is common among students at any level, however political parties also hoot. Hooting in any event, shows our interest in it and most of us might have hooted during the college functions, to show our like and dislike for the events during the college function.
