Ring styles for choosing what suits you: Rings are the most popular accessory than any other kind. Rings have got a variety choice of designs and styles. The kinds we mostly see are the simple yet classic ones, these kinds are designed to boast its stone on the top which are mostly used for diamonds. Another kind of rings we commonly see are the ones with carvings on the band, giving the ring a vintage look. Despite all these, there are other kinds of rings that have a unique beauty which made me at first befuddled. From my little research about it, I categorized the kinds with simple aspects by the following.

The Classic type: These kinds are designed with a simple pattern without any decorations or carvings, mostly used in engagements, marriages or anniversaries more than any other type as it represents strong marriage and pure love to each other. In addition, the classic type is unisexual and can be worn in almost any occasion. So, if you would like a ring that suits any kind of attire, the classic type is the one for you.
2. The Vintage type: This type has its beauty on the carvings and details of the band of the ring giving an exquisite look. The most popular patterns of this kind of ring are the patterns of nature like flowers, vines, leaves etc. and using dark tones to give an old-fashioned vibe more than other types. These rings go well with formal attires or plain simple clothing which will make your rings and other accessories more eye-catching.
3. The Fancy type: This type doesn't have a fixed pattern. It is remarkable by its unique shape and it reflects the trends of a certain time. The pattern mostly seen on these rings are animals, wings, flowers or shapes that have big settings etc. The shapes are not design to be well proportioned but are made to look different with vibrant colors and creativity. These rings are popular among teenagers all around the world from its uniqueness, individual and modern look.
4. The Puzzle ring: These rings are extraordinary because of its using more than one ring to mesh into one with an easy to complex assembling. Sometimes, these are used as engagement rings too and can have either old-fashioned or modern patterns. These rings are mostly worn by men more than women for it looks challenging and intriguing while women would prefer rings to be more romantic.

These four types I've categorized are to simplify how to distinguish types of rings. Because before, you might have understood that rings are all alike but now, you'd see it differently. The next time you want to pick a gift either for your lover, daughter or son, choosing the right one is important. If you want to buy a ring for your wife to keep up a good relationship, go for the classic type.
This type is the one that is the perfect memento of your love and caring you've given. If the ring is for your daughter, go for the fancy type but be sure to choose a fashionable one because if it looks old it will not be so impressive for your little girl. But if you want one for your girlfriend, the classic type or the vintage type will be a good choice because the vintage type are mostly designed with a delicate and deep pattern, a kind of beauty that could not be seen in any other types and can reflect of how much you care for your lover. However, if you're looking for ring for yourself, this will be a guideline for you to choose one that suits you.
