1. Please include nuts in your diet program
Protein and iron from nuts are very important for your hair's health. Lack of iron would cause the ferritin level in your body drops.Ferritin is a protein that stores iron and releases it in a controlled fashion. Lack of ferritin would cause less hair growth and then your hair will start to fall sooner or later.
That's why nuts, dark green vegetables,red meat, dried fruits are very important because they contain iron and protein to help you reduce the hair loss.
2. Eat your breakfast every morning regularly
Keratin is the protein for the hair, it is a substance that make hair strong. Less protein supply means lower keratin's level and the result is hair would stop to grow and eventually will fall.
"Breakfast is simply a good way to supply your hair with the protein that your body needs, food like chicken, red meat, fish and especially EGG are very important for your hair and body as well.
3. Take some time to Relax and enjoy yourself.
Testosterone and DHT is produced more by the body when you are stressful.You will become more aggressive and you tend to become more stressful because of the testosterone and the effect of DHT is not good for your hair, because eventually DHT would kill the hair follicle. This hormone would seep into the hair follicle, make it thinner day by day and eventually your hair will stop growing because the follicle is vanished from the scalp.
So please try to find a time to relax and enjoy yourself , no matter how stressful it is !
4.Don't smoke
Based from research, it has shown that Cigarette is one of the cause for hair loss problem.Smoking would damage the blood vessels so that the blood supply to hair is reduced. So please don't smoke, it is not good for your hair, lung, heart and body as well.
5.Don't comb your hair too hard
Comb the hair too hard could damaged the hair follicle that is why it is important to comb it slowly and treat the hair gently when shampooing the hair. Rub you scalp gently and slowly don't put too much power when combing and rubbing the hair.
6. Don't dye your hair too often
hair dye contain chemical like PPD ( para phenylenediamine) and based from reseacrh, it is shown that this chemical could cause dermatitis and allergic reaction and the effect of this allergic reaction could damage scalp and hair follicle. So please don't dye your hair too often since the chemical is harmful for your hair.
7.Enough sleep
You must have at least 6 hours of deep sleep every night to make sure that your hair follicle have enough time to recover. Less sleep would cause bad effect not only to your body but to your hair as well !
8. Consume Saw palmetto
